I've just applied to get my Bright Futures restored

This is a huge deal for me. The past year hasn't been filled with good things at all. If it wasn't one thing, it was another and I let it affect my grades. Though I've done that in the past, my GPA was never what it was at the end of the 2010 fall semester. That in itself left me questioning myself. I was determined, though, and with as much focus as I could muster this semester, I did a big turn around on my GPA. I went up .53 of a point from last fall to now. I am so excited because this means that I can keep bringing it up. It's not that I am incapable, I just have to put forth the effort to do well. Now that I know it is possible I will continue.

Complete bliss. I hope I get the full amount I had before. *crosses fingers*
